Stephon Marbury MIA

There is more bad press coming from the New York Knicks locker room and this time it has nothing to do with sexual harassment. Stephon Marbury and Isiah Thomas reportedly had a heart to heart and Steph was not happy with the results. Due to his lack luster play this season and the Knicks subpar 2-3 start, Marbury was likely to see his court time reduced or be downgraded to a bench player.

Star missed a shoot around in Phoenix and has flown back home. He is also not expected to show up for the first of the Knicks four road games on Tuesday. Unfortunately, Steph forgot to mention his quick departure to Thomas who told the media:

"He's not here at shootaround. We hope he's at the game. If not, make no
mistake about it, we do want him as a member of this basketball team. He is
welcome back, and we want him as a member of this team."
This is not Marbury and Thomas’ first lovers quarrel. Thomas said the two had a little spat last November, which they were able to move past or “kiss and make up” as he was quoted. The last two people who should be having a make out session with someone who is not their wife are these two. Thomas and Madison Square Garden were found guilty of sexual harassment and ordered to pay Anucha Browne Sanders $11.6 million. During the case, Marbury admitted to having a special relationship with an intern in a truck. How romantic.

If this spat continues, Marbury may be playing basketball in Italy two years earlier than had intially planned.

It's been fun blogging with you,
Kate
