According to FanNation Sean Avery gave some kids in the crowd a little scare when he tossed two water bottles during the Rangers 1-0 shooutout win. Avery was upset with a penatly when he threw the water bottles, one of which grazed passed three children sitting behind him. A father of the two kids walked up to Avery to voice his displeasure, an incident which must happen to Sean at least three times a day. The Rangers gave the family a hockey stick from Avery to ease the situtation.
Frankly, those kids should have been excited that they were almost hit in the head by a Sean Avery water bottle. Not only can they tell all of their classmates about the incident but they can one-up any hockey player who has been hit by either Avery's stick, glove or fist.
