Penn State suspended running back Austin Scott was formally charged with rape, sexual assault and two counts of aggravated indecent assault. Scott allegedly raped a coed at her on-campus apartment in early hours of October 5th. This was the same date Scott was suspended by Joe Paterno fpr violating a team rule. He has not practiced with or played for the team since. Scott remains enrolled with at the school. Watch out Austin, because the popo are on your tail!
