Baseball Update:
Wednesday's Recap
Rockies 1, Red Sox 13
Josh Beckett struck out the first three Rockies batters he faced and Dustin Pedroia knocked in a homerun in his first career World Series at bat in the Red Sox game 1 win. Amazingly enough, the game only got better for the Sox including a seven run fifth inning that saw three runs scored off of walks. Looks like that nine game lay off was a momentum breaker for the Rockies after just their second loss in a month.
WP: Josh Beckett (1-0) LP: Jeff Francis (0-1)
