Nats to replace Milledge with Dukes

Once considered a prized jewel in the Mets organization, Lastings Milledge has been sent down to Triple-A by the Washington Nationals after getting off to a very slow start. His replacement in CF will be none other than Mr. Elijah Dukes. It’s almost like replacing one mental case with another out there in center. I mean, I just cannot figure out why the Nats continually suck year in and year out with a roster like that.

Milledge is batting .167 in 24 at bats with the Nats this season. For their part, Washington has gone 0-7 and are hoping to break their winless streak against the Phillies tonight.
