Fan suing Yankees for not loving America

A 30 year-old fan is suing the Yankees after being ejected from an August 26th game for trying to go to the bathroom during "God Bless America". Serves him right, couldn’t do it during the YMCA? Bradford Campeau-Laurion is claiming that his rights were violated by the act.

For their part, a popo spokesman is claiming that the two security guards who ejected Campeau-Laurion, did so because he was “using inappropriate language and act[ed] in a disorderly manner while reeking of alcohol.” As such they “decided to eject him rather than subject others to his offensive behavior.” Well, it was a Yankees/Red Sox game, so I am guessing that at least 60% of the attendants could fit that description, but that’s for another post.

The Yankees, have no comment.

Although I do, I am pretty sure there is way more to this story than either side is letting on, but I also know that he could not have been anywhere near as awful as this lady who attended the Yankees/Red Sox game a day later, along with myself.
