NHL to Downie "Don't do it again."

The NHL has decided to give Philadelphia Flyer Steve Downie a warning for his actions during Saturday's game (as seen in the above clip.) While being restrianed by an official, Downie still found a way to pop Jason Blake in the eye.

Downie had already been given a 20 game suspension earlier in the season for a hit on Ottawa center Dean McAmmond during a preseason game.

This is what Nascar is missing a little post race action. (Less the cheap shot of course) Gone are the days of the Allison brothers kicking ass at Daytona, all we get is Carl Edwards faking out Matt Kenseth during an interview.
