Media Day and Stuff

No, we weren't in Arizona yesterday to participate in media, but thanks to the photo wire on Yahoo! Sports, we felt like we were. Here's a story of our journey through Media Day photos.

Here's a shot of the whole scene during the Giants chat time. We were so nervous. How would we ever be able to get through the throngs of people to get an interview? Should we try a gimmick?

Nah, we wanted to be taken seriously. I mean we have important business to discuss with these football players. So we walked around waiting for our moment and then pounce on the lucky player that allowed us to interview him. Suddenly our chance arrived...

...until we got tricked by a carney. Darn those short people and their ability to look like a ten year old kid. Oh wait, there's Michael Straham...

...Gross, that cologne smells horrible. Maybe that's what he uses to take down quarterbacks.
So our chance at a Giants interview fell a part. Onto the Pats...

So we met this guy in a psychic costume and he told us if we followed him, we'd totally get an interview. Man was he annoying, he just kept saying, "I see something in my crystal ball." You can imagine how the rest of that line went. And then, when our chance came to get an interview and he said, "I see something in my crystal ball. You're going to trip over a reporter tying his shoe lace." And we totally did, although he failed to mention we were going to trip after he pushed us out of the way. Damn you psychicman!

And of course they saw the whole thing and totally made fun of us. Well, you're wearing glasses and we're in doors, who are you Corey Hart? Oh snap, did someone just say Tom Brady...

Man, once again beaten to the punch. There was no way we were getting through that maze of reporters. Wait did he just answer a question from that lady in the wedding dress? Fine we admit it, we totally would have worn it, if we would have thought of it. So then we decided to go up into the stands and sulk...

But don't worry we made a couple of friends who knew what it was like to be ignored.
It's been fun blogging with you,
Kate
