Following a scary incident in which Juan Encarnacion was hit in the eye by a foul ball, Juan will miss the 2008 season, if not longer.

Houston Astro owner Drayton McLane does not regret trading for Miguel Tejeda, even though he is facing scrutiny from the federal government over his 2005 testimony.

Set your alarm clocks, the Boston Red Sox-Oakland A's March 25th major league opener in Japan will air live at 6:07 AM/est and 3:07 AM on the west coast. Guess there will be a lot of people coming into work late.

Popo in my crib News:
Randy Moss denied allegations that he committed battery to a woman in her Florida home on January 6. The woman was issued a temporary restraining order against Moss and a permanent status could be awarded following a January 28th hearing. No criminal charges have been filed. Watch out Randy, because the popo are on your tail.

I guess after sleeping on things, Ms. Wanda S. Jackson decided not persue her case against Adam "Pacman" Jones because she withdrew he petition on Wednesday. I still contend Pacman should steer clear of the strip clubs, but I doubt he will. Watch out Pacman, because the popo are on your tail!

Things are getting worse for former Yankee Jim Leyritz. Not only was it announced that his blood alcohol level was nearly twice the legal limit, but he is facing an additional charge of manslaughter to go along with his DUI manslaughter and DUI property damage charges. Leyritz was involved in a deadly crash on December 28th in Florida. Watch out Jim, because the popo are on your tail!
