Kasey Kahne vs. the Popo, Part II

Kasey Kahne is being sued by Homestead-Miami Speedway security guard Archibald Hutchinson for "severe physical injuries" contected to a November incident at the track. The damages are believed to be in excess of $15,000.

Hutchinson claimed that Kahne pushed him to the ground after Kahne was denied access to the drivers motorhome lot. Kahne and his brother Kale were aboard a golf cart as the time. Hutchinson claimed Kahne leaped from the cart, cussed him out and then pushed him to ground causing severe injuries.

Kale's report to the police described a different situation in which Kahne told Hutchinson "I am going to walkt to my motor home then." A guard then placed his hands on Kahne, when Kahne removed the guard's hands, the guard then lost his balance and fell.

Four other members of the popo who witnessed the event have sided with Hutchinson.

Kahne is already awaiting a January 8th court date for his misdemeanor battery charge which carries as much as a year in jail and $1,000 in fines.

I'm still contesting that by Kahne just showing up to the court date he'll be aquitted of all charges. He's smaller than most 13 year old girls, how much bodily harm could he cause without the use of the golf cart?
