AROD is not a fan of Scott Boras

Alex Rodriguez officially became a New York Yankee...again with his signing of a 10 year, $275 million contract on Thursday. What would have been a simple re-signing turned into a daytime soap opera after he opted out of his contract during Game 4 of the World Series. Not shockingly, Alex was lead by his agent Scott Boras, but what is suprising is his calling out of Boras' actions.
“The whole thing was a mistake, a huge debacle,” Rodriguez said.
Turns out Alex wanted to be a Yankee the whole time and was under the impression that the Yanks weren't going to pony up so he followed his agent's lead. But when he discovered what was going down he took matters into his own hands.
“Once I made the conversation and reached out to Hank and Hal, within two conversations we got a deal done, which tells you how strong interest was on both sides."

How nice of Alex to try to deflect the reported storm that is going to rain down on the Yankees at around 2 PM today.
