Jason Kidd's off the court airball

Jason Kidd has already been accused of groping a 23 year old “model” at the Manhattan club Tenjune, but as these things tend to go, his accuser is now suing him for punitive damages.

According to papers filed, Kidd allegedly groped the woman on several occasions throughout the night going so far as putting his hand under her dress and slapping her cell phone out of her hand when she tried to text message a friend. He reportedly told her,

"If we have a fight, who do you think is going to win?"

Kidd, who is currently going through a messy divorce, has not been formally charged even though the accuser had made a formal complaint on October 17th, seven days after the incident allegedly occurred.

For his part, Kidd had denied any wrong doing when the case was first announced in October.

I’m confused; if you filed a police report and you believe that someone has violated your personal rights in such a way that he has broken the law, why not have his ass locked up in jail? Why do you always have to go after the money? I would think making him hang out with hundreds of big guys who would be happy to have a NBA player be their bitch would be way worse then fleecing him of hundreds of thousands of dollars if not millions of dollars he wouldn’t miss anyway. Watch out Jason, because the popo are on your tail!
