With the Beijing Olympics less than a year away and maybe because I missed the Redneck Games in Texas, I present to you my own version of the Olympics.
Helmet Toss
Instead of that lame shot put, we’d prefer to see our athletes toss protective gear at other cars like Elliott Sadler in the All-Star race a few years back. After all, it’s a moving target unlike throwing a chair onto the court. (Although we love that too!)
Mascot Wrestling
While closer to WWE in style, the Phanatic definitely went home with the Gold for this one.
Sausage Race
Imitated but never duplicated, the Miller Park Sausage race featured here was record setting!
Slam Dunk Contest
Instead of rhythmic gymnasts and their weird ribbons we’d rather see people jump higher and over five other people.
End Zone Dance
Part of the closing ceramonies of course, the end zone dance puts a period on our Olympic experience.
