Florian Busch, a German national hockey player, refused to take a drug test for several hours while playing house with his girlfriend resulting in a two year ban by the Court of Arbitration for Sport. Next time just pull the plug out of the easy bake oven.
Busch eventually succumbed to the officials, testing negative, but it was too late. His initial refusal was treated like a positive test and Busch will not be allowed to play for the Polar Bears Berlin until February 2011.
Not since the Gossip Girl sex tape did a “private moment” become so public.
