Dammit! Where are my car keys?

Jeremy Mayfield may have blown his last chance of getting back into Nascar after it was discovered that a person claiming to be a doctor who signed a sworn affidavit is in fact not a medical doctor. Oops!

“In a motion filed in U.S. District Court, NASCAR asked that Dr. Harvey MacFenerstein's sworn affidavit be dismissed from Mayfield's lawsuit because the expert falsely represented himself on six counts.”

The affidavit claimed that McFenerstein (is that even a real name?) had received his Bachelors in Science from Mid Western State University of Texas and his Medical Doctor degree from CETED University in Mexico. If you’re going to lie about your qualifications at least use real schools that are not located in Mexico, where the medical standards are just so darn high.

Due to this misrepresentation, Nascar is looking to dismiss a large portion of Mayfield’s suit. Good job buddy. All you needed to do was to find a real doctor. Anyone who received an MD from an accredited school in the US and you couldn’t even do that. You and your crack staff of attorneys need to learn the phrase “Do you want fries with that” because it will come in handy in your new careers working at McDonalds.

UPDATE: Harvey McFernerstein is claiming that he told Mayfield’s lawyers that the information in the affidavit was wrong. First off, he did not go to school in Mexico, it was in the Dominican Republic and the school is called Universidad C.E.T.E.C not CETED. He doesn’t even think that school exists. (And neither do I.) Plus he is fully aware that he is not a real doctor. And he still does not know where his keys are.

If Harvey McWhateverstein’s claims are true, than I don’t even know if these guys will be able remember “do you want fries with that?” They’ll probably just have to be those people in the back that sweep up the fries and whatever else falls on the floor.
