How desperate were you?

Already noted in today’s daily crawl was the arrest of former Falcon’s RB Jamal Anderson early Sunday morning for suspicion of cocaine and marijuana possession. Not expounded was how the Dirty Bird was captured. According to the Atlanta popo, Mr. Anderson was caught snorting cocaine off of a toilet in the Peachtree Tavern in Atlanta’s Buckhead section.

“Atlanta police spokesman Otis Redmond said an off-duty officer working security at the nightclub alerted police.

Police said that Anderson was caught snorting cocaine in a bathroom stall. The arresting officer said he saw Anderson and another man snorting the drug off the toilet bowl.

Authorities said they also found a suspected marijuana cigarette in Anderson’s pocket.”

Oh, gross! Could you have possibly picked another spot that was not teaming with germs? Or were the drinking fountain and door handle not available? Not only are you ingesting drugs with goodness knows what sort of ingredients, but what if someone sprinkled and was not a sweetie by wiping the seat? I am dry heaving just thinking about this.

Both men were arrested and taken to Fulton County jail. Anderson has been charged with possession of cocaine and marijuana with a court date set for Monday at 11 AM.
