Rangers lowering Ticket Prices

When your owner is currently going through bankruptcy hearings to try to unload you onto some poor unsuspecting millionaire and your front office staff is being let go left and right then you know things are bad. But in this case, if you’re a fan of the Texas Rangers, things may actually be good. The Rangers, in an attempt to get more fans through the turnstiles, are announcing a new discount ticket promotion that will lower ticket prices on all weekday games in August and September. And as an added bonus, fans will also be able to help cheer on their hometown team as they battle the Angels for their first AL West title in 10 years.

The promotion is in conjunction with Southwest Airlines and applies to all home games Monday through Thursday beginning with their series against the Minnesota Twins on August 17th. Depending on seat location, fans can purchase tickets at up to 75% off. So what are you waiting for? An invitation? For more information click here.
