Manny Ramirez has placed his luxurious Boston condo on the market the same day he agreed to a $45 million contract to stay with the Los Angeles Dodgers. What did you think that the Red Sox would have tried to get you back during the off season? According to his listing agent the 4,500 square foot condo – located in the Residence at the Ritz-Carlton - has four bedrooms, six baths and three valet parking spaces. Sounds like my kind of place.
Ramirez originally purchased the property in 2005 for $5.8 million. Great so he’s getting $45 million from LA and making an almost $3 million profit if he can sell the condo for its listed price. Can I get a piece of that pie?
