Popo in my Crib News:
South Carolina Treasurer and state chairman for Rudy Giuliani's presidential campaign has been inicted on cocaine charges. Thomas Ravenel is charged with buying less than 500 grams of drugs to share with other people in 2005. If convicted he could face up to 20 years in jail. Watch out Thomas, because the popo are on your tail!

News & Notes: New York City's Mayor Michael Bloomberg is switching party affiliations. Formerly a democrat, Bloomberg ran on the Republican ticket in 2001. Since being elected Mayor, Bloomberg feels it's best to become an independent because he does not want partisan politics to get in the way of running New York City effectively. But really, he's just getting ready to run for President, or so people are saying...Sad news, Indiana's football coach, Terry Hoeppner has died from complications of a brain tumor on Tuesday. He was 59...An amateur video is floating around which allegedly has Kobe Bryant talking trash about the Lakers. A small short, which was on youtube.com, has been taken down. The unknown videographers have been peddling the video to major news stations...Finally, it has not been good news for some of baseballs best pitchers; Arizona Diamondbacks ace, Randy Johnson, who is already on the DL has a herniated disk in his back; Meanwhile, the Boston Red Sox sent Curt Schilling back to Boston for an MRI on his schoulder after being shelled in his last two outings and the LA Dodgers will be without Jason Schmidt after he undergoes shoulder surgery on Wednesday. Schmidt already missed the month of April with shoulder problems.

It's been fun blogging with you,
Kate
