Markieff Morris is not the smartest guy in the bunch

Kansas in-coming freshman Markieff Morris got in trouble with the popo after shooting a BB gun from his dorm window striking a 47 year old woman in the arm. Luckily, the injury was minor but the kid is still facing an assault charge. Campus popo reported shots were fired from a room in the Jayhawker Tower at 11:15 PM. They also believe alcohol played a factor in the shooting. Really, alcohol, never would have guessed that.

The popo have seized a 3-foot long black Airsoft rifle and a medium sized plastic bag of BBs. Apparently, things you can apparently pick up at a Wal-Mart according to Jayhawks coach Bill Self. Of course I wouldn’t know that because the closest Wal-Mart is like 30 miles away or something. We’re more of a Target kind of area.

Markieff and his twin brother Morris were a part of Bill Self’s 2008 recruiting class. The brothers are from Philadelphia but attended Apex Academy, a prep school in Pennsauken, NJ, where they certainly didn’t teach them how to shoot a BB gun because we don’t do those types of things in Jersey. Watch out Markieff, because the popo are on your tail!
