So fine the DA has decided it does not have enough evidence at this time to charge you in connection with an April shooting in North Philadelphia where a gun that you own fired six shots. Funny thing is, Marv, this case is not closed. And if you ever get bored on a Sunday night and there is no football on, you may want to turn on CBS and watch Cold Case. It’s a show where they solve cases that were once considered cold, but through new techniques and evidence they are able to bring justice. And if you really want to creep yourself out, go over to the Crime & Investigation Network and watch Cold Case Files, which is like the real life Cold Case without the beautiful people and the woman who refuses to give up the mullet.
