I'm baaack!

Sorry I haven’t posted in a while, I have been super busy. And on top of it, I’m leaving for a brief vacation tomorrow and won’t be able to post until Tuesday. Here’s the best of the past three days.

In theaters tomorrow:
Wild Hogs
Black Snake Moan
Zodiac
Full of it (limited)
Wild Tigers I Have Known (limited)

Telcel-Motorola Mexico 200: Sunday, March 4 @ 1:30 PM/est on ESPN2

NASCAR Notes: Greg Biffle has taken the blame for causing a nasty David Reutimann wreck Sunday at Fontana. Reutimann missed COT testing at Bristol on Wednesday. (foxsports.com)

Tommy Baldwin was named interim crew chief for the #36 car driven by Jeremy Mayfield. Mayfield has failed to qualify for both Cup races this season.

Nextel Cup director, John Derby, told reporters that NASCAR may make the Car of Tomorrow a permanent fixture starting as early as 2008, instead of 2009. NASCAR will have its first COT race at Bristol on March 25th. (AP)

Around Sports:
College Basketball
In the battle of Texas, #15 Texas survived double overtime to beat #7 Texas A&M, 98-96. (foxsprots.com)

Football
The Chicago Bears and Lovie Smith have agreed on a four year, $22 million extension.

Around the World:
John McCain announced he will announce he’s running for the 2008 republican Presidential nomination in April. Won’t this make the April announcement anti-climatic?

The stock market dropped more than 400 points on Tuesday, rebounded on Wednesday and is currently -11.65. Talk about rollercoaster ride.

A group of lawmakers in Atlanta want to make it harder for police to receive “no knock” warrants. On November 21st cops stormed 92 year old Kathryn Johnson’s home unannounced, searching for drugs. Johnson and police engaged in a shootout which killed Ms. Johnson. Originally, I thought, why would they think she would have drugs, and then she pulled out the gun! (AP)

Popo in my crib News:
“Pacman” Jones is scheduled to appear in court in Georgia later this month. He is charged with obstruction stemming from an incident at an Atlanta strip club last year. Someone really needs to stay on the straight and narrow for the rest of this year. Watch out Pacman, because the popo are on your tail! (AP)

Evander Holyfield, Jose Conseco and Gary Matthews, Jr. are some of the names connected to an illegal steroid ring. Authorities raided two pharmacies in Orlando arresting four people this week. Watch out druggies, because the popo are on your tail! (AP)

Troy Gentry was sentenced to three months probation and fined $15,000 after he pleaded guilty to a misdemeanor charge stemming from improper tagging of a bear. Watch out Troy, because the popo are on your tail! (cmt.com)

Kevin Russell was charged with check fraud and intimidation after trying to cash a $50,000 check signed by “King Savior, King of Kings, Lord of Lords, Servant.” Kevin, you should have signed it Britney Spears and then blamed her poor judgment on being crazy! Watch out Kevin, because the popo are on your tail! (AP)

Separated at Birth:

The Beckhams are coming to America and NBC is going to document the move and I will be watching said documentation for sure. (usatoday.com)

Congratulations to Charlotte Church and her boy toy Gavin Henson. The couple is expecting their first child. Church recently turned 21. How sweet. (people.com)
