While awaiting trial for his DUI manslaughter case, Jimmy got himself arrested and charged with battery on Thursday. According to the always reliable New York Daily News, Leyritz beat up his wife because he was upset that she had signed a check without his permission. Oh yeah, that totally merits dragging someone out of bed and then socking them in the eye twice. Karrie Leyritz rushed over to a neighbor’s home where she called 911 and relayed the story to the popo.
Leyritz sees things a bit differently. He is claiming that Karrie was drunk and inflicted the wounds upon her to frame him. He also claimed that his ex-wife hurt herself because she was upset that he was kicking her out of the home they share. What kind of crazy person would do that?
The popo interviewed their three children who luckily appeared to have slept through the whole battle. Kate Goslin thinks her kids are going to be messed up, what about these kids.
Watch out Jimmy, because the popo are on your tail!
