Kasey Kahne’s Run-In with the Popo Settled…well kind of

Remember last year, when following the last race at Homestead, Kasey Kahne was embroiled in a minor scandal? A fan, claiming that Kasey “I weigh slightly more than an Olsen Twin” Kahne had knocked him to the ground, filed charges against the Nascar star. Now, part of this chapter has closed...provided he performs 50 hours of community service and donates a whooping $50 to charity. If he completes those tasks, he will have his record cleaned of that silly misdemeanor battery charge. Of course that civil trial is still pending...
