Time to start over...

Braves Update:
Time Warner, Inc. has finalized a deal with Liberty Media for the sale of the Atlanta Braves. The Atlanta Braves are valued at $450 million. The deal is pending approval of Major League Baseball. Braves officials have reassured fans that it will be a “transparent” transition. (AP)

NASCAR Update:
Robby Reiser signed a three year deal to stay on top of the pit box for the #17 Ford driven by Matt Kenseth. (jayski.com)

The Charlotte Observer is reporting that Kasey Kahne’s crew chief, Kenny Francis and Matt Kenseth’s crew chief, Robbie Reiser have been ejected from Daytona Speedweeks and have received a four race suspension stemming from qualifying infractions. Both teams have been docked 50 points. Meanwhile, Kahne's teammates, Scott Riggs and Elliott Sadler will lose their crew chiefs, Rodney Childers and Josh Brown for two weeks and have been docked 25 points. But don’t worry guys, because Jimmie Johnson and Chad Knaus went through a similar problem last year and Jimmie won the Daytona 500. Giants Update:
The Giants have cut LaVar Arrington, Carlos Emmons and Luke Petitgout.

Retired Giants running back, Tiki Barber will join NBC not ABC and ESPN as previously expected. He’ll appear on "Today" and "Sunday Night Football". (AP)

Two Illinois basketball players were injured in a car crash on Tuesday. Brian Carlwell is in critical condition while Jamar Smith was treated and released for a concussion. The car the two were in hit a tree. (AP)

The San Diego Chargers have fired Marty Shottenheimer due to a shaky relationship with GM A.J. Smith.

The bonus to signing Trachsel is that he pitches so slow that Benson will be healthy after Steve's first start.
