Check this Out: If you were hoping to see Brad Pitt playing Billy Beane in a big screen adaption of the book Moneyball then you might be out of luck. According to Variety, the movie has been scrapped just days before it was set to shoot. There is still hope, Columbia Pictures has put the project into "limited turnaround" meaning it could be picked up by another studio. Thank goodness, I was super excited to hear that David Justice would be acting in the flick. Although I highly doubt he's getting any acting pointers from Halle Berry.

Luckily for Brent his brother Darryl is the GM so those family problems won't come into play...The Blues re-signed Keith Tkachuk...The Coyotes signed former Ranger Petr Prucha...Former Islander Kenny Jonsson has retired.
